This is all about our unique type of screening and selection process. Our process is covered in 3 steps : • Screening process • Interview process • Selection • On the Job Monitoring Our Recruitment plan is about recruiting the right person starting with a good job description and personal specification. It also involves following a recruitment process that produces a suitable candidate. We believe in total honesty about the role as this is always the best policy. We keep all our communications open as this is the key to all negotiations. After the selection process we provide continuous monitoring for up to 3 months to ensure that the process was successful. Candidates can reach us easily from every part of the island, even with public transport. Our offices are based in Birzebbugia and Hamrun covering the southern and central part of Malta. Our Head office is based in Birzebbugia and our innovative recruitment branch in Hamrun is fully equipped with training rooms, interview offices, boardroom and consultancy setup. |
