Companies having non-resident shareholders are taxed as other local companies at 35%. However when company profits are distributed, the shareholders will be refunded six-sevenths or five-sevenths of the tax paid by the company, depending on the type of income of the company. |

Registered Office Services
A company may use our offices as its registered office, even though its business is carried outside Malta. The registered office address must always be an effective address for delivering documents to the company, and we will ensure that all correspondence sent to this address is dealt with promptly. |
